Before working with Rebekah, I struggled with my self confidence, motivation to exercise regularly and I was unsure about how exercise and diet worked together to get the results I wanted. Bek helped me to realise what exercise my body can do, that I can do anything if I put my mind to it, to realise I don’t need to be a certain size or shape to feel good about myself and know I am awesome because I am ME. Since I started with Bek, I feel more energetic, my self confidence has improved and I look forward to exercising!
