Before working with Rebekah, I struggled with my self confidence, motivation to exercise regularly and I was unsure about how exercise and diet worked together to get the results I wanted. Bek helped me to realise what exercise my body can do, that I can do anything if I put my mind to it, to realise I don’t need to be a certain size or shape to feel good about myself and know I am awesome because I am ME. Since I started with Bek, I feel more energetic, my self confidence has improved and I look forward to exercising!
Before I worked with Rebekah, I struggled with not knowing how to work around my injuries, the correct exercise technique and I lacked self confidence in group exercise due to me being at a different level to others. Bek has helped improve my strength and I am way more confident at what my body can do, I feel more confident in my decisions and in my life and I am more positive about what I can achieve. Since working with Bek, I now enjoy training and improving my strength and mobility, I feel more at ease with my own abilities AND I feel happier and more positive!
